Welcome, newfie07, and congratulations on your SKs! 😀 I’m afraid I was one of the people grousing about the hacker, and I apologize: I shot off my lip without stopping to think that the bidder might be real. 😳 It wasn’t a nice thing to do and I regret it. 🙁 Clearly the hacker is not you, and I’m glad that you’re on the Forum now. This can be a fun place, honest! We’re only slightly obsessive . . . .

We are THRILLED to have you and Very Happy you are REAL people. None of us wanted the auctions to be tampered with. As a bidder on the Silver SK, I was worried that if I kept bidding, it would create more trouble.
It isn’t your fault, but being involved in a fradulent auction, I am a bit gun shy! I can’t tell you how relieved we are to have a real person as a new collector.
Congratulations! I am sure you will fit in with the rest of us very well! And don’t take us too serious. We were only going to torture and kill if the person was either pushing up bids on purpose or bidding fradulently.

Just to clarify what Kechete said, we aren’t really going to torture or kill anybody. We were just venting our frustration at the fraudulant bidders lately.
Glad to see you weren’t – that you are real. And glad to see you are staying! I bet that Winterberry SK is gorgeous. I can’t wait to see a pic from you of it.
I LOVE the deep blues they used. I wish I had more money to try for her. I’m sure the e-bay pics did not do her justice either

When you get some money and are out of debt, PM me. I took his tag off (sorry) but I have it, I have #2 and I am not really in love with him.
I don’t really plan to sell him, but for a hard core collector, like you, I would sell him at the same price I paid, which was $459.00
He is gorgeous, but I would rather have another color….
