Mine too.
November 1, 2007 at 10:25 pm #625968They are soooo pretty!!! The female kinda looks more brightly colored than the male.
November 2, 2007 at 6:26 am #625969I sure hope they go to a forum member as a family!

November 2, 2007 at 3:57 pm #625972Yeah! The female is a little more vivid/contrast-y than the male. I can never get them totally alike- which I think is good since a lot of birds have some dimorphism. 🙂

Not intentionally. The Astral Griffin family was special and my first non PYO-pieces. They will remain unique (i.e. there will never be a Sun Griffin #2, etc). I may do some more in browns but won’t intentionally copy the Astral Griffins.

Lots of them.
OK it’s a secret and I’ll mind my own business 😆No! Not a secret… it’s just a blend of a lot of colors. I know it has titan buff, raw sienna, burnt umber, a touch of ultramarine blue, etc etc… I can’t remember them all! It’s lots of layers. 🙂

My art: featherdust.comNovember 2, 2007 at 5:49 pm #625973So far of all your non-pyos the astral griffin family has remained my favorite. The peridot dragon is my favorite of your pyos though. 😀

November 4, 2007 at 5:40 am #625980I wouldn’t mind seeing more greys…. But a pure grey or blue grey, different from the labradorite griffins who are more brownish grey.
