Mmmm….my mom’s charcoal grilled steak, baked potatoes, and steamed broccoli or any other veggie. Yum-yum! Nobody’s steak beat’s my mom’s!!
Hmm.. this is hard. :scratch: My own special “stir-fry” I make with my own sauce, tons of veggies, tofu, and a starch such as noodles or rice (no oil though). Yours, Serenity?
My mom’s home-made spaghetti and meatballs, and my mom’s beef stew. Yummmmmmm! 😀 Pity she’s 2000 miles away now!

I can’t choose!!!!! *runs away* On the top of the list are my fiancees lemon chicken, my mum’s roast beef, and her bbq’d short ribs (she hasn’t made those in FOREVER)……. There’s others I’m sure.My Mom makes outstanding fried chicken…and milk chicken gravy. My favorite dinner with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.

But, I do love my Stepmother’s fried chicken and Gravy… :yum:Choosing favorites in food is tough, especially since I eat most everything. I love seafood, the more unsual the better, could subsist on pasta pomodoro and will never turn down a barbequed hunk of meat.
I’d say a perfect meal for me involves a nice fresh garden salad with French dressing, half a barbecued chicken on tagliatelle, and dessert of fresh fruit and cream. Mjam.I love glazed salmon, fresh corn on the cob w/lemon, butter, and salt, and some kind of a starch like rice or noodles. Yum!
