About 6 months ago, I saw a special on the History channel about the Smithsonian. They described the volume of mail they receive of objects they were going to add to their collection. Since you’re an American artist and all your work is made in the US have you ever considered looking into donating some of your work? I’m pretty sure it will fill a niche all it’s own in their collection.

How interesting! I wonder if they really would consider accepting a donation of Windstones?? HA HA! Where would they keep them? What DO they do with all that stuff??

When I toured the Smithsonian several years ago one of the guides told us they store things in the basement and shuffle the displays ever so often.
