I voted pyo…even though I don’t paint them. We have so many wonderful painters here and I would love to be able to have a piece done by one of them. Did I mention I don’t have much room anymore? lol I will only be able to have one, so she might as well be special. Just my 2 cents. 🙂
September 10, 2011 at 4:30 pm #856057i think she looks like a the keepers female counterpart 😀
September 10, 2011 at 5:46 pm #856063AnonymousOMGOMGOMGOMG she’s SO perfect for a dozen feminine color schemes I had in mind for dragons and I’m so eager to play with rough texture to see if it’d make a more natural look. *SQUEAK!*
September 10, 2011 at 7:07 pm #856074I was so looking forward to a ‘real’ garden dragon… 🙁 She would have looked lovely resting amongst my flowers.
I voted for smooth finish in production colors (sorry Melody), mostly because I *know* I would never be able to finish a PYO her size XD
September 10, 2011 at 7:13 pm #856075I voted ‘anything’, since I’d just love to see her out. However, I am torn between ‘smooth/production’ and ‘rough/PYO’. My first impulse is as a new production dragon, but unless there would be runs of them in retired colors, I might not find one in a color that speaks to me and works in my chromatically limited collection. If it were a PYO, I could paint it however I liked. The size gives me pause as a PYO, but there would be no hurry finishing it, since it would be for me. A PYO would be much more feasible for me financially also.
September 10, 2011 at 7:21 pm #856076I think she’d be perfect as a garden dragon, but since that’s no longer an option, I’d like to see a new member of the family for the production colors.
September 10, 2011 at 10:17 pm #856042oddly enough, texturing works really well for the style of painting I do, since it allows for a different affect of multilayers paints and antiqued looks. I also have found I like painting fairly larger items so the size of her would not be a trouble if as a pyo.
But I know if she becomes some sort of production, I will need a carpet dragon for my floor indeed. I think I like her pose some what more so then the lap dragon.
EDIT: I thought I should add that my second option is a metal with rust finish! I think that could looks pretty interesting.
September 10, 2011 at 11:01 pm #856091yeah, I also think the different texture would be interesting to try working with!
September 10, 2011 at 11:13 pm #856092I would like to see this as an empress. The boys need a better half!
September 10, 2011 at 11:29 pm #856094I voted for PYO .

The style of painting I do would work great on a textured surface. Plus, I’ve really wanted a laying PYO dragon ever since I started painting them.
September 11, 2011 at 2:37 pm #856142some how, some way this gorgeous girl NEEDS to be both an inside and an out side dragon. She is perfect for boh. She exudes a quality of infinite peace and patience (something i am desperately in need of) I know I would have scrape her purchase price from somewhere in the family budget, but I would do what I had to, to have her as part of my family. She would also remind me that home life can be extremly hectic but it still goes on and she would remind me that sometimes you have to be still in your life. “Peace, peace be still”

She’s 12″ long, a little bit bigger than the OW, which would make her the biggest lying down dragon yet.
