Here are some pictures of the Red Flame on the left in all pictures and the Violet Flame on the right. The Violet flame is obviously first batch..when the next batch comes out I will compare the three…
After seeing the two side by side I really do think the violet flame is nicer. I just wish they’d done the orange eyes with the violet flame instead of the russet. I really like orange eyes but don’t care as much for the red. 😕
Nah, I bought one of each color when they came out but wasn’t thrilled with them so I ebayed them…sorry…
That’s okay. While I like the red flame better, the violet flame is slowly growing on me. I like it better on the fledgling than the curl. Though I would love a fledgling in the old red flame color but it’s probably too close to ruby to come to pass.
I love my curls. The only ones that I am missing are Peacock, rainbow, old green and of course the new batch of VF.

For those that have both, does the new VP curl seem to have more magenta/pink on it?
Even though the russets were more of washed-out color compare to the ruby dragons, I really liked the color. I wish they would put it on some larger dragons.
Does anyone know if they will be making more brown curls?

Yes, the new curl does seem more colorful. I am really anxious to see how the next batch turns out. It is supposed to be very different even from this first batch.
Yeah, I was wanting one of the first batch but wanted the fledgie worse so I missed out…I hope i still like the second batch….
