I passed a clock on a business that hadn’t changed their time today. It was a real bummer to see I was half way to work at the time I would normally just be getting up!

I used to live in Edmonton, and in Medicine Hat AB… I sooo do not miss the winters there!

Time change went okay for me, mostly because I was down with the flu all weekend, so I didn’t notice either way. Hubby complained, not like he had to get up early though, so whatever! lol

After reading all these snow stories, I am so glad it doesn’t snow here! We have cold rain all the time in winter. We have just gone into autumn now but we are still having awesome summer weather. It was a stifling 37C yesterday! (I don’t know what that is in Fahrenheit). We will have to turn our clocks back soon too. Summer to me always seems so short and winter feels like it goes on forever (can you tell I love the summer?).

I totally wouldn’t have realized it was time to set the clocks forward, except someone’s post on Facebook Saturday evening clued me in. I said to my husband, “Is this daylight savings weekend?!” He knew, but he’d forgotten. So yep, we ended up getting up on time.
But man, I hate getting up for work when it’s dark out.

Wow. In Red Deer we missed all the crappy weather until this morning! I remembered to change the clocks, but I”m still tired and it’s been 5 days!
