September 22, 2015 at 11:09 pm #934735A chocolate exchange would be fun, but I dont know if it could all be Canadian/US exchanges… Im kinda thinking us Canadians are lower in number here on the forum? It would be awesome IF we could do it that way though, as then we really get to try new products that one cant get locally 😛

Always open for pyo commissions, repairs and fine artwork! Email me for current prices! awier(@)weaselsoneasels.comSeptember 23, 2015 at 1:30 am #934743I have been in Candy Exchanges before, and in fact that was how I ended up trying an Aerobar for the first time. I have since found them twice at a local gift shop that sells imported goodies (their variety changes seasonally, so the Aerobars aren’t in constant supply).
My swap partner did break the rule about not sending me anything coffee flavored (I am not a coffee person), but I am glad she did, as she sent me Coffee Crisp, and it was delicious.
September 23, 2015 at 4:45 am #934746Isn’t it illegal to send a kinder egg to the states? I mailed my buddy one and found out afterwards that I could have been charged for it. O_o Weird.

Excellent!
September 23, 2015 at 12:19 pm #934751Oddly, yes. Kinder Eggs are illegal in the US. According to another Forum I was on, they’re illegal because of the toy/food combination, to put it simply. The law goes back to the 1930’s. There are all sorts of ideas on how to ship them to conceal them…how to ship them so that it becomes legal (you have to take it apart)…and how to make your own, lol. I guess some people just really like Kinder Eggs…the Fine for getting caught isn’t so nice though.
