I think so, but I was hoping for more patina cause this light patina ones look like.. gold.. to me.. the patina is what I like about the CP color, and nothing has made me want to buy it lately of whats come up in store.. I may not get a CP Griff if they’re too light patina/antique… which is quite depressing to me XD lol
PS paints most of the special CP items for ebay, but the ones for the store are painted by different painters who have different styles. That is why the ebay CP’s tend to look different from the store versions. 🙂
I’m actually kind of liking this new version of copper patina. I liked the old version that didn’t have any purple. When they started coming out with purple on them, I thought the green and purple clashed too much. While this version has purple, it doesn’t have as much green to clash with it. I’d still like to see more pictures before I get one though.
While we’re on the subject of griffins….I’d still love to see mother silver wolf griffins made. New colors are wonderful, but I still really, really want to complete this set.

The painters are working on copper patina things this week.
We are doing batches of griffins and many dragons.
We are also starting a small batch of silver-grey-wolf female griffins, and Siamese female griffins.
I am painting fancy male griffins for ebay, and working on painting a batch of gb pebble wolves- and trying to finish the foo dogs, and other small pieces we got in the works.
The pebble wolves are mostly natural earth colors and canine colors.Skylover! Read what Melody wrote on another page! 🙂
