Can paypal really boot you for making raffles? 😮
http://www.modelhorsesalespages.com/sales/view_details.asp?path=Gallery&id=764124It probably has to do with the gambling rules. Raffles have certain rules and any regular joe cant just go use a site that isnt theirs and do a raffle. I could be wrong, though. 🙂
