December 20, 2006 at 10:01 pm #518160Ugg, this month has to be the worst time for someone to die. I know because my g-ma died about 2 years ago before x-mas.
I really hope the child gets better physically and mentally.
December 20, 2006 at 10:07 pm #518161He has had a little set back, but they said its to be expected. He will start physical therapy soon. He is such a cute little boy…I really hope he fully recovers. Thanks for all your well wishes, guys.

Ya, back when I was a kid my mom’s mom died 2 days before Christmas so mom had to fly up there for Christmas and we didn’t have her at home- it was sad. Way to ruin Christmas!

That totally sucks. You are suppose to be happy this time of year and then something happens and you are sad for that time of the year and reminded of it every year. Maybe that is why they say people drink more and are depressed more.December 21, 2006 at 12:27 am #518166My Great Uncle passed away on Christmas day about 20 years ago. I did not really know him but if effected my mom and her sisters

December 21, 2006 at 9:33 pm #518170Thats sweet! Jace is getting his back brace today, and he is getting a wheel chair. He does not have to wear the brace the whole time, only when he is sitting up or in his wheel chair. Their post:
“Good morning everyone. We had a good night last night and actually got some sleep. Jace got his backbrace yesterday and actually got to sit on daddy’s lap for the first time since the accident. We got a picture of it so if I can find someone that is better educated at these computer things I can get it on the web-site. We are doing range of motion about 4 times a day to keep muscle tone. He should get his wheelchair today also. He only has to wear the brace when he is sitting up or when he’s in his chair. I have managed to get him to wear the brace a couple of times buy of course bribing him. It works well….LOL. We are all in high spirts and keeping the faith. Thank you everyone. I’ll try to write later today. Bye for now. “
