Well I guess mine is to hard .
It looks like a black and white photo of Aucuba japinica variegata (Variegated Aucuba or “Gold Dust Tree”), but I thought that was too simple to be the answer.
Well not exactly . Bad choice of the area of the pic . It’s behind the leaves . I’d get a different angle of the pic.
