        I love to BBQ, and I actually have a tip for rib makers… if you dont know, there is a memberane on ribs that you should pull off before you cook. It is on the bone side of the rib (As opposed to the meaty side)… you stick a knife under the skin and peel it off. You will be able to see why you should remove it. It makes ribs extra tough when that is left on there.

        Anyone got any favorite BBQ recipies or tips??

          I’ll have to do that next time I bbq ribs. I cut them in serving size pieces and boil them for 20 minutes the day before I put them on the grill then put them on a hot grill for about 10 min. on each side basting with bbq sauce. The meat almost falls off the bone its so tender. A friend of mine told me to do that – before that I had never heard of doing it.
