I am not going to type these out this time but I came across couple great vegan mac and cheese recipes in the last little while! This recipe is an awesome and really healthy! I tried it and it tasted great! http://veganyumminess.com/creamy-vegan-mac-and-cheese/

Hmm, I might just try this one! I like how it doesn’t have margeraine in it and it looks easy. I wasn’t surprised to see nutritional yeast in the recipe, that stuff has a wonderful cheesy sort of taste. We sprinkle it on popcorn. 😀
