No kidding! He was horrified to think that he might have put that thing on his dog without testing it first. Of course, the big difference is that a dog’s skin is protected by fur! The degree of contact was a lot higher on the guy than it would have been on his dog. Still, it wouldn’t have been nice for the dog either. I was glad that he elected obedience classes instead, since that would help fix the real problem (bored untrained dog). 😉
