Aggravating Ebay – Can’t log in to file resolution case?

Ebay is being very aggravating right now. I go to the front page, and log in. Then I go to the sales page, because I have a non paying bidder and I want to file a resolution. I choose to file a resolution, and it goes to the log in confirm page. I put in the password I know is correct, and it just cycles around and logs back out again.

Anyone else having this problem? It happens on google chrome, internet explorer, and Microsoft edge.
