“Hi! Someone e-mailed me a website that has my name on it that says I packaged a windstone badly. I have only ever sold two windstones and I was in high school at the time about 4 or 5 years ago and it was on e-bay and I received positive feedback from it. I was not tattooed at the time and didn’t have the name tatt2dcowgrl as a screen name, that is a recent screen name from the past year or so. I have bought lots of windstones the past year or two but I have not sold any..? Just wondering if you could please let me know who this is that is accusing me of bad packaging because I can’t package something badly if I don’t sell anything..? And if you could please remove my name from that list since that is not true.”
This is the email you sent me, in which you claim to have NOT HAD THIS NAME at the time of the transaction in question.
The transaction in question took place in November of 2006.
Your ebay profile says “Member since: Jun-02-06”
You are lying. Plain and simple. I chose not to respond to your e-mail, because I didn’t feel like opening up a can of worms, but since you’ve decided to make a public mess, I’ll join you, let’s all be public, and your mess can get even worse.
Or you can admit to your lies, apologize for your past mistake, and we’ll be happy to have you a continuing member here. People who have made bigger mistakes than this have been welcomed. 🙂 It’s up to you.
I have nothing to admit to- show me the negative feedback from this person- a paypal receipt ANYTHING.

Doesn’t matter who thinks they are right or wrong. What matters is that people are frustrated with eachother, and it didn’t need to be aired on the forums.
(Although I still wouldn’t want to be in the ring with Ski…She’d kick my ass!!! 😆 )

April 1, 2008 at 1:13 am #685203I have had one severely damaged unicorn, because it wasn’t packed right, after that is what I requested.
I took pictures, contacted the seller, sent the whole deal box, packing and unicorn back to her in a larger well packed box and she actually claimed the insurance.
But, I spoke to her and we worked out all the details.
I am not wading in on the topic incident. Not my business, but for anyone reading the post.
1. Never throw anything out, if you have damage.
2. Take pictures of your unpacking and detailed pictures of damage.
3. Contact the sender and discuss the situation with them, before you do anything.
4. Decide who will report the claim and how everyone is going to be paid.
5. I personally do not trust the US postal service and have had great success with UPS and I have never had them break anything. They furnish insurance up to $100 and a tracking number. In many cases they are actually cheaper than USPS on regular shipping.
In closing, I LOVE my UPS man!!!!! Even though the Fedex guy is sexier! Hehehe.
Good Luck everyone!

Ok how about this… my little sister was fascinated with butterflies and dragonflies etc. She was a weird kid- she’d catch them in a jar and let them die and then they’d put them in glass cases for display. Anyhow- the dragonflies would mate by flying around hooked to gether and she would get SO excited when she caught one of those in her net- she’d run around telling all the neighbors and anyone and everyone who would listen that she caught a ‘duplex’. I don’t know where she picked up the term but she would tell everyone!!
My mom sold art work at art shows and several times she also got in trouble for trying to catch bugs by putting a cup over them on the surface they were sitting on… and the times she got in trouble that surface was right over my mom’s boob 😆
April 1, 2008 at 1:15 am #685205Ok you beat me I need to find prettier bugs.
