There should be a record of how high a piece goes in the first couple of hours, this one blew it out of the park!
Oh, I would die to have that snow leopard cougar. Unfortunately, that still doesn’t get me enough money to compete for it. T_T

I was going to suggest doing maybe a Cloud Leopard, Ocelot, Serval, The Asian Golden Cat, Pampas Cat, Ashera and a Caracal also would really neat! 😉
I love the snow leopard! I’m hoping the sculpt itself becomes a production piece soon though! The felines are now the only sculpts I’ll TRY to participate in GBs for now too. If it’s not feline, I don’t want to agonize over it anymore.

I had to tap out of the cat fight. 🙁 I’m literally filled with rage and tears I can’t ever seem to afford to win a leopard or panther cougar sculpt! I know I’m not alone and I’m happy for who wins, but just the same it’s a good thing I can’t reach through the computer. >:-( *growls* Sorry, I had to vent… my day is ruined.
Forever seeking: plum, chili pepper, and tattoo oriental dragons and kirins.

But who knows … maybe it is so you can buy another piece you want instead. 😉 I’m sure the puma sculpt will be production or Grab Bag one of these days and also, in my opinion, chances are good that later ebay pumas won’t go for the dizzy prices that these first ones are bringing.

Thanks Etruscan. 🙂 I hope so. It isn’t just the fab sculpt and paint job, it’s kind of hard to explain but these pieces speak to me on more intimate… spiritual like levels. It’s silly and it’s lame to tantrum about it, but sometimes one can’t help how they feel. I think the sculpt and panthera pardis paints is the visual representation of a deeper personal frustration related to a quest I’m on that has me so passionate to get one over other awesome pieces. The other ones are chili pepper moon and tattoo ori’s that are also equally personal and out of reach in forever homes. Sorry no one wants to hear my over sharing rambles I suspect. It was very nice of you to say that, it did make me feel better, I owe you one!

Well, I didn’t even get a chance to bid! I’m always sorta surprised how many people bid early on Windstones – I usually wait til the last minute to bid because people have less time to outbid me. But this time around, I was “outbid” even before I could place my bid – he’s soaring in price! My compliments to whoever gets him. He’s gorgeous and I’m certain he will be much loved.
