Seems my order is now “completed,” but I didn’t get a tracking # like my fiance did. Hopefully, mine will arrive tomorrow with his. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning, LOL!! 😀

I didn’t get a tracking number email for mine either. I got the “your order has been updated to completed”, but no notice of a tracking number. I wonder if Susie knows that a bunch of people didn’t get a tracking email?
My top favorites are the spooky looking ones covered in scatterbats or eerie shadows! Can’t wait to see some of those!

I love Dragonfeathers, Ferlin and Lysithian’s the best, but they’re all nice! Can’t wait to see more 🙂A lot of people seem to like mine but so far I have not gotten even one trade offer. Hopefully some folks will get more today and perhaps I can dump this guy for something I actually like.

USPS Priority Mail tracking numbers are automatically sent out by paypal or the post office, or whatever entity does it – we have no control over those emails and cannot tell if they are sent or not – they will go to the email address you have on your paypal account. I’ve been getting messages that some people are not getting those notices – its possible they are getting caught up in junk mail filters – you might check your junk mail box to see if they are there. I can only guess that paypal or the post office changed something and they are not going out like they used to.
USPS First Class International tracking numbers are not automatically emailed. Because we get so many requests for those numbers, and because finding them is a time consuming matter of leafing through a whole lot of pieces of paper, we are trying to remember to put those on the “status is completed” emails we generate from the shopping cart. Our apologies if we forget one. Its amazingly difficult to remember.
UPS tracking number emails are automatically sent out by UPS at the end of the day – again, something we have no control over. These go to the email address that appears on your order (probably the one you registered your Windstone account with). They say something like “Quantum Ship Notify” in your email box, and again, can possibly be winnowed out by a junk mail filter. There is also the possibility that we have typed your email address into our UPS computer incorrectly, or if you’ve changed your email since your last order, we may not have noticed it was different – if so, we apologize.
When an order has been shipped, that evening, or sometimes the next day, we generate an “Order Status is Completed” email.
