I’m surprised it takes so long to get parcels from the US to Canada too. A week is normal from the US to Australia.
Pheonixxfoxx, I was also marking off the class photo and there were a few that I just simply couldn’t find on it. I don’t think we’re blind then, they must not be in the class photo 🙂

Sorry for the lousy photos – all the others came out out of focus (shaking hands)
He’s not exactly what I was looking for but he is pretty and unless he really sings to someone else, I’ll be keeping him. 🙂

I don’t get how Matronshka out in Austraila got hers and all the Canadians are still waiting! 0.o I know it’s international, but barely! Canada Post stinks.
I don’t even think it’s Canada Post that’s slow because it seems some of ours on the west coast only arrived in B.C. and cleared customs yesterday and the day before so it took 5 or 6 days for them to get from L.A. to Richmond when it usually only takes a couple days. It’s weird because I have had some packages from the U.S. arrive here in 5-7 days but others can take 2 weeks or more so it’s hard to know.
Looking for rainbow or pink & teal grab bags!

Yes, I’m watching the one on Ebay like a hawk 😀I believe Canada Post is just plain slow. I think there was a really good quote somewhere about packages to Canada sometimes getting here super fast and other times super slow. Our shipping is just plain weird.

Well, my colt came today… he is handsome, but he just isn’t speaking to me. He is the orange/copper and purple one with stripes on his back in Class Photo #4. Usually I like those colors, but… I dunno. So he is available to trade, if someone is interested, but please know that I might be picky about what I say yes to.
Sorry no photos, my camera is officially dead. I need to see if someone in the family will lend me one, but things have been really crazy and busy around here.

I have a Poad from the same family. The lighting in your pics is better but the colors are the same. 🙂 That’s too funny. I love the colors on yours, but then agian I love my poad as well. Congrats on your pic!!!!!

In my case, it limits the people to whom I might offer a trade. When I had the Rainbow Zebra I did look at trade ads, and almost everybody was looking for something different in their array of “favorites”. I know that people say “I am happy to look at anything”, but I use their “favorites” to judge whether my piece might appeal to them.

Guess it depends, some people are set on only receiving offers of their favorites. In their case, that does deter possible unwanted offers.
Then you have someone like me, who does have their favs pictured, but there are some that I have not included that I may be willing to trade for. A picture also speaks a thousand words. Some Colts that I liked after the live stream, I changed my mind on after I saw better quality pics and vice versa.
I relisted my trading post yesterday and included more Colts that I’d be happy to trade for. I did get one message, but I think they might of mistook me for someone else, but the person did have one of my favs for possible trade.
I usually like almost all of them. I’ve only traded once. I would have been okay keeping her, but there were some people who LOVED her where as I only liked her, and they had unis they were luke warm about that I thought were amazing, so it worked out better.
I wouldn’t let favorite pics deter me. The GBY I traded wasn’t even visable on the pics, so many people didn’t know about her. If you never ask, they never have a chance to say “yes” is the way I look at it.
