Sometimes it looks as though Kade has a moustache (last panel on page 88, for example) and sometimes he doesn’t seem to have one (like the lower left panel on this page). Is he supposed to have a little moustache?

Yes, he has a light blond moustache. It just doesn’t show well at this resolution.
