I know we all have Windstones but I would love to see some of the other dragons we collect. Please share a pic or two of yours.Any kind.Especially if they are unusual.
This is a beautiful pewter dragon gifted to me a while back from Starbreeze.
Every act matters. No matter how small💞

Male Hearth....one day🤞Dream on.October 15, 2015 at 2:22 pm #935899Here is my only other non Windstone dragon. He looked so adorable, I had to get him. I also just noticed that the cup that has my daughters orange juice is her Toothless cup. Very appropriate!
Love baby kirins, safari poads, mini keepers, and anything BLUE, BLUE, and, oh yes, BLUE.
October 16, 2015 at 1:51 am #935916I like that Little Critters dragon! They make a goldfish I like, maybe I’ll get them someday.
Here is my only Enchantica piece, ‘Windows of Wonder’, which was the 2004 annual piece apparently. I like many of the Enchantica/Andrew Bill pieces very much, but haven’t been able to get them. Similar prices to Windstones, but I like the Windstones better if I had to choose. I’d like to get more though.
I have 1 pewter dragon, have to see if I can find a pic. Got it at a regional fair, pretty humorous. Then 1 Hagen-Renaker mini, 1 ceramic sea dragon I painted (hmm Melody could make a sea dragon, that would be AWESOME), 1 or 2 small ones I sculpted, 1 McFarlane (would like to get a couple more), a weird one I bought in Mexico, and some ‘toy’ ones- one by Safari, and a few by Schleich. Don’t like most of the toy ones, but these are cool and affordable- at least compared to the Windstones and Enchanticas. Most are packed away, I will try to get pics of the others- but my computer is brainfarting now and won’t let me look at my photo albums or add more.
October 16, 2015 at 2:16 am #935919This is a nifty thread! 🙂 I’ll have to get photos of the couple other dragons I have out of their boxes, I have quite a lot more put away (To make room for my Windstones, lol) I’ve collected dragons since I was quite young, though my Windstones have caused me to become quite a lot more picky about what I like in dragons 😉 hehe

He’s a pretty baby! 🙂 and I second Mel making a sea dragon *someday* 😉 a PYO sea dragon to go with the Hippocampus sounds even better to me, lol
October 16, 2015 at 8:04 pm #935935Uhhmm, yeah. This is my other fantasy collections, dragons and fairies composed of brands like Veronese, DragonSite, FairySite, Bradford Exchange, Hamilton Collection, etc. I’ve been collection since I was in middle school. A glacier curled sneaked into one of the pictures. :p

That’s a beautiful collection Dragoneer! And beautifully displayed, too!
Though I bet dusting all that is a pain in the bum. 😉
The green fairy on the branch and the red-winged fairy with the dragonling are just gorgeous. And the metalwork(?) dragon in the middle of the top right picture is phenomenal, especially how the wings are defined in shape using blank space.

Thanks, Rylorien!
Haha, I have to dust at least twice a month because I live in a dusty climate and based on the crummy pics I took it looks like it’s time to dust again. 😀 I hate dusting. If only I could afford an enclosed curio or bookcase but I keep buying more Windstones instead. 😛
The metal dragon in the back was a custom piece made by some of my dad’s co-workers for my birthday last month. It’s was cut on a CNC machine from scrap steel. I keep asking if more can be made because I know at least one person on the forum wanted one. Unfortunately, the guy that makes them is a “forever or never” kind of person. Meaning, it will either take forever before he makes more or he’ll never make more. Apparently, it costs a lot of money to run the machine and he’s techincally not suppose to use the company assets for personal projects. Then again, he’s a manager so I guess he can get away with it sometimes. Anyway, here’s the thread I started about the steel dragon. The thread has some pics and dimensions of the dragon along with two other simple pieces the guy made if you’re interested.
