I may be a bit absent for a few days. Last night, my uncle passed away. He was one of the best people I knew and it was completely unexpected. While my dad was sick, my aunt and uncle stayed with my mom for weeks at a time to help with my dad’s care so my mom and I could keep working (they were retired). For my entirely life, after my parents, he was someone I could count on to come any time I needed something – happily, with a smile and more support and help than you asked for. He could fix anything, find a solution to anything, and every memory I have of him – even in the sad times – is a good one.
I know we’ll get through it – but right now my family is a little broken. A little less than we were.

So sorry for the loss to your family. Heart and sympathy go out to you and yours. I and my children just experienced a loss yesterday too and I know what you are going through 🙁 **HUGGS**
