        3 cups all purpose flour

        2 cups White Sugar

        3 tsp cinnamon

        1 tsp salt

        Sift dry ingredients

Put into pans only HALF FULL . LOL

        Bake at 1 hour 350

toothpicks do not work with this bread to check if it’s done . It’s a moist one .

        5 or 6 small loaves or 2 or 3 large loaves .

I posted my pumpkin bread recipe here years ago, I’ll have to see if I can find it and bump it- or repost it when I get home. Made some this morning, and everyone was happy! It’s pretty much like Sasha’s, got the basis for it about 25 years ago and have been tweaking it ever since.

                  Okay, major no-computer access…

                  PUMPKIN BREAD

4 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups sugar 1 can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup light brown sugar 1 cup cooking oil
2 teaspoons baking soda 1 cup applesauce
1 teaspoo baking powder 1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup COLD water
1 teaspoon cinnamon 3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon allspice dash vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ginger 4 large eggs
1/2 teaspon cloves 1 cupraisins and/or nuts (optional)

Combine all dry ingredients i a large mixing bowl, mix well, and make a pit in the midle. Pour in the remainder of the ingredients except for the eggs, and blend well. Now add eggs on at a time, mixing well after adding each one. Pour batter int 3 greased full size loaf pans, or 7 mini ones. Bake at 350* for approximately 1 hour fo full size pans (half hour for mini ones) or until toothpick comes out clean.
NOTE: after about 15 minutes bake time, cover ans with a tented sheet of foil to prevent overbrowning of surface.

This makes a very moist, dense bread- good for breakfast or dessert

                  Got one for Pumpkin Mousse

1 can of pumpkin puree (15 oz or so size)
2 package of Jell-o vanilla instant pudding (sugar free works too)
2 8 oz tubs of Cool Whip
1-2 Tbsp of pumpkin pie spice or until you are happy with it, I put a lot more than this in mine. Also added extra Cinnamon.

Mix together with a mixer until blended, then put into the fridge for a couple hours to chill. Serving size is 3/4 cup.

We made this for Thanksgiving instead of pumpkin pie.

This is easy, quick & if you are craving pumpkin pie, it’s perfect. If you wanted I bet this would be great in one of those graham cracker pie crusts, but it is wonderful just on it’s own with extra Cool whip on top.

We’re on Weight Watchers, when we made it with sugar free Jell-o & sugar free/fat free Cool whip it worked out to about 3 PPV per serving. If that helps anyone.

My grandmother’s recipe: bake pumpkin pieces with a strip of bacon over each one. When they were done, (soft pumpkin, and cooked bacon), drizzle them with maple syrup. We would scream and run away.

My mom has a reeeeally good pumpkin pie filling recipe, but I’m not sure where it is… I could find it if anyone’s interested! Best pumpkin pie I’ve ever had! (And I don’t like pie very much haha, so hopefully I’m not too bias. Usually I only eat mushy fruit containing things to be polite lol. I’m so weird.)

Check out my finished artwork at http://falcolf.deviantart.com/ and my sketch/studio blog at http://rosannapbrost.tumblr.com/

                          Excellent!
