Male Hearth....one day🤞Dream on.January 2, 2010 at 7:13 pm #799148Ours was a quiet night at home. Yesterday there was a couple pistol cracks, but that could have ben someone shooting at the neighbors cat. It pees on everything everyone has outside. It’s peed on our grill cover so much it reeks in 2 degree weather. 😡

Male Hearth....one day🤞Dream on.January 2, 2010 at 7:23 pm #799150I feel sorry for it, it was left by the people who lived there last, and the new ones fed it for the first 6 months, then they just stopped. I fed it for a while, but when it went to marking the whole yard, and I couldn’t even stand to pull weeds, I stopped. Now, it went from a decent cat to a pain in the butt. I love cats, but that one needs to move along somewhere else. I think that is why they stopped feeding it, hoping it would move, but noooo…Here it still is. The last one I took out to a lady who owns a farm outside of town. 4 days later it came back. 😮 He lived around here for another 4 years and one day he was just gone. He was old though. I loved that cat, and took him to the farm to keep him from getting run over. He had no fear of the road, and would sometimes just lay in the middle of it. And he had the sweetest disposition too. But, once he made the 4 mile treck back, I didn’t have the heart to take him back out there. 🙂
January 2, 2010 at 7:56 pm #799151Well my New Year was quiet as well–heard firecrackers going off but then they could have been gunshots!! This is a city and they’re not supposed to do either but they do! I did enjoy my drink of Baileys, Kalahua and whipped cream [I know some of you know the name of this drink] and they got me feeling pretty good real fast–but with me things like that, unless I fall asleep, wear off real fast as well. I don’t drink anymore then because I know I’ll get sick!
I pretty much spent New Year’s day making turkey soup and enchiladas from left over turkey! Got the enchiladas in the oven now. My kitchen is a mess but I have some good eating to look forward to! :yum: So nice and quiet which is how I like it as well.
Sorry about the kitty peeing on everything WC–I hate it when people abandon their animals–like what are they supposed to do? I wouldn’t have the heart to hurt any animal unless its attacking me or my pets. I live on a busy corner so if I can catch them safely, I call the local shelter. Either that or find them on the street dead.
I feel my year is starting off half way decent and hope the rest of the year certain issues in my life will get resolved. Hope everyone’s here will go well and that all of us have some good things happen to us! 😀
January 2, 2010 at 8:40 pm #799152Our New year was quiet…just the way I like it, for the first time in many years, usually we spend it with family who love to party but this year I got to spend it with my hubby and Maks… 😉
And I finally had some time to dust off some of my windstones and move them around in my curio’s, so now they are all ready for 2010… 😉

January 2, 2010 at 9:13 pm #799153The hubby and I went to dinner and a movie (Sherlock Holmes). Afterwards, he went to hang out with some friends for a while. I stayed home and curled up in bed with a good book and my 3 dogs. They aren’t too fond of fireworks, so I stay home for emotional support. 😆
January 2, 2010 at 9:26 pm #799154I worked til ten pm, and when I got home my parents went to sleep, my friends were partying without me and my boyfriend was playing a video game with his friends. So I spent it alone browsing the web on my computer.
January 2, 2010 at 10:08 pm #799155Watched a movie, ate junk food, stayed up till 11 finishing a book, and was deplorably lazy on New Year’s day (aside from food shopping). Nice! 🙂
January 3, 2010 at 9:42 am #799156I hope it was a good one for everyone! <3
January 3, 2010 at 11:51 am #799157On New Year’s Eve I shoveled for a couple hours, then played Mystery Dream Date; High School Musical Version (nope, not joking LOL, long story), watched District 9, then fell asleep watching House episodes. I don’t drink or party, and I’m a homebody, so boring to some, to me it was an ideal night. And on New Year’s day, I watched Avatar (meh) and worked on various projects.
Hope everyone has a great 2010 😀
January 3, 2010 at 1:53 pm #799158I was on a plane back from Vegas, so pretty boring, LOL. Was sure glad to be out of Vegas though man that place gets NUTS on NYE.
