Leaving for WisCon this weekend

Thursday I’m going to be leaving for WisCon in Madison, WI. I’ll be back Monday night. I will have my laptop with me, so I hope to have internet access in the room when I’m there briefly in the evenings.

If the Rainbow or Peacock Curlies come out, could someone please buy me two of each? I know I won’t be online when they are posted.

I’m currently in Madison, WI, btw. I’m in my hotel room in the Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor’s Club. We are staying in the Governor’s Club because it comes with free food and drink (and saves us lots of money from dining out and keeps us from having to tote beer with us).

The room also has complementary wireless internet access, so that’s nice too. I won’t be in my room a lot though, so you may have to wait until the end of the day to get answers for questions you ask.

This should be an interesting weekend. I have the worst sore throat I’ve ever had. It’s been persistant (4 days), and I probably should have gone to the doctor earlier this week. My left tonsil is very swollen, and the whole back of my throat and soft pallet is dark red and sore. I’ve been gargling with warm salt water, which is gross but seems to help, and I have citrus, Vitamin C, lozenges. And I have Chloreseptic melting tabs. I can hardly eat anything because it hurts to swallow. And sneezing makes me cry out in pain – it’s excrutiating. So, it should be interesting.
