What do you all hope to get for Mother’s Day?

My typical answer should be that my son is okay. But… Nam’s new griffin would be golden! I really love the colors on him.

haha, yes nams new griffin would be spectacular! But I’m not expecting anything. 😆

I’m not expecting anything, but if he does remember, I’d expect dinner and dead flowers(I hate cut flowers, someday he will remember to bring home POTTED plants so I can kill them at my own leisure 😯 )

I’m not a mother, and probably never will be, but I usually get my mom a Hanging basket of fuschias and we all take her out to brunch. Though this year she’s keeps hinting at a patio lounge chair.

Well I am kinda a mother to dogs anyway, but my bf probably won’t get me anything. My sisters and I had a early bbq for my mom.

I’ll probably give Mom more chocolate. She’s got rivers of flowers already.

Oops. I forgot most of you are young’uns 😆
By all means… What do you think your mother would love!

              Since I’m a parent, I wouldn’t mind getting another Windstone for Mother’s Day. 😉

My Mother’s Day wish would be for my husband not to have to go to Iraq, but that’s not happening. He’ll be leaving before Mother’s Day.

Sorry to hear that Peg. 🙁

For Mother’s Day, we are getting a new kitchen light fixture for my mom and installing it for her. She’s almost 80 and can’t take down the big heavy cover of her current one (while on a ladder) to change a light bulb. So, we are getting one like the one we got for her dining room a few years back that she can just reach up to and unscrew the bulb and put the new bulb in and there are no covers.

I find that doing things for her that make her life easier is the best gift.

Autumn leaf fledgie!!!! (not gonna happen 🙂 ) Not much here…all my babies are beneath the age of five and my husband doesn’t remember that kind of stuff. I guess I’ll have to settle for hugs and spit-up (Eeeew!).

🙄 I’ve been having to deal with that all night long. My 2 year old hasn’t kept anything down since 7 p.m. yesterday.
