I’ve seen a couple of references to Melody and company moving up to Oregon and was curious the story behind it or whats happening. I tired to find if its been talked about before but couldn’t 😳
does this mean the factory is moving too? or she will just be visiting the factory more often.
i cannot imagine the pieces drying any faster in oregon. it rains there so much! 😯

I’ve been keeping my yap shut about the move, because I am waiting for some actual hard facts. We are in Escrow on a building in Corvallis, Oregon, but we still don’t know if we will get it or not. So far so good.
But it is too small. If we do buy it, it then needs to be added onto before we can move in.
We have had a house there for sixteen years that we visit whenever we can get up there.
We are hoping to move this summer. Those of you who know us may be very sick of hearing about it, since we have been talking of moving for sixteen years! This time for sure! Really! Corvallis is wonderful.Oh, I would like to visit the factory in cali before you move. Must resist buying Windstones to take a trip. 😀
I’m just looking forward to being able to visit it up here in Oregon. I’ve been unable to convince my boyfriend to drive me to CA. I wonder why?

WOW, that’s so cool! I’m sure with all the money saved by not living in Ca (I’ve heard its mega expensive) you guys can really afford to add on to the building you’d be getting. And maybe some of the Oregon forest critters might inspire new sculpts! (Or inspiration to finish more old ones hehe) That’s so exciting, I’m happy your dream has finally come true after 16 years 🙂

Well, it hasn’t quite yet, but getting closer. We still gotta go through the nightmare of moving and resettling.I hate moving, even to someplace better. Tears me up emotionally. Some folks don’t mind it at all, in fact they get antsy staying in the same place too long! How do all of you handle a move? How do your animals deal with it?
