Notes: These old owls are from the very first line of animals that we produced when we started Windstone Editions in 1984. They did not have felt pads and were simply stamped "Windstone Editions" on the bottom. About 20 years after their retirement, a limited number were painted in new colors and given signed felt pads (these signed owls were sold via online auctions).

This store was doing a window display of the David Bowie movie "Labyrinth". In this movie, David Bowie played an evil wizard which could turn into a beautiful white owl.
