Large Bird-Winged Flap Cat – “Pipkin”

This is our large “eyes open” Flap Cat sculpture. This cat is part of an unnumbered edition of test-painted Flap Cats that we are calling the “Stray Cat Edition”. Each cat in this edition is painted a little differently and has its own unique name. This Flap Cat is painted by Melody and is named “Pipkin”.

Pipkin is airbrushed to look like a grey “classic tabby” cat, and her wings are marked with hand-painted metallic green and tealspots. She wears a metallic-gold painted chain around her neck set with three teal crystal jewels, and she has metallic teal glass eyes. Her finish is satin.

Melody has signed this Flap Cat on her grey felt pad and marked her with the name “Pipkin Stray Cat Edition”. This Flap Cat also comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and a small sketch by Melody.
