Baby Ki-Rin – Koi Test Paint #18

This is our Baby Kirin, test-painted by Melody Pena in a color scheme inspired by koi (a type of fish).

This little Kirin foal is airbrushed in a mixture of pearl, black, gold, red, and blue, and he has been airbrushed over with “magic invisible paint”, a special type of automotive paint that looks like little sparks of rainbow colors in the light (the rainbow effect is especially noticeable in bright sunlight). He has dark metallic blue glass eyes, a 24k gold-plated pewter horn, and a glossy finish.

Melody has signed this pegasus on his grey felt pad and marked him with the name “Koi TP #18”. This Kirin also comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and a small sketch by Melody.
