Frog Wizard – Copper Patina

Our Frog Wizard in Copper Patina. He has metallic teal glass eyes and holds a beautiful optically clear crystal globe.

These copper patina colored “rescue” pieces are ones that had slight casting defects. Normally we would have destroyed these, but we have devised a way to make use of otherwise perfectly good castings by painting them with a “distressed antique” finish that enhances the surface flaws with patina and makes them beautiful. We all think they are gorgeous; they look like weathered cast bronze. These pieces vary slightly in texture and color because every one is an individual. These are unsigned limited production.
