Tadpoads in grey bengal! Melody couldn’t decide which eye color looked best, so this batch has brown eyes and the other batch has metallic tan eyes. Bengal spots are airbrushed freehand, so their markings will vary a bit. They have nice fake “husky” fur tufts. This is the littlest poad in the clutter. Baby poads retain their distinctive apical tuft for a several weeks after they hatch. It is shed completely during their first molt, then they become young poads. The natal coat of tadpoads is different from the adult coat. Though they will be the same basic color, newly hatched poads have only a few small markings, usually in the form of eye spots. These are unsigned, limited production, and are only available from us. (These little guys do not come with a Poad(tm) card).
These tads are very small, about the size of a walnut, (about like the baby foo-dog) and are packaged in a foam bag.
These are individually hand-painted and markings may vary very slightly. You may find that different lighting displays the colors differently as well. This is a cast gypsum reproduction of an original sculpture by Melody Peña produced by Windstone Editions. For indoor display only.
