Mother Coiled Dragon – Ancient Steel

Here’s our Mother Coiled Dragon in Ancient Steel, to match the other members of her Ancient Steel family.

These “rescue” dragons are pieces that had slight casting defects. Normally we would have needed to destroy these, but we have devised a way to make use of otherwise perfectly good dragons by painting them with a textured “distressed antique” finish that enhances the surface flaws with “rust” and makes them beautiful. These pieces vary slightly in texture and color because every one of these is an individual.  She has metallic teal glass eyes, a aquamarine colored jewel set in her forehead and a gold plated pewter egg.  Unsigned Limited Production.  Approximately 3 3/4 inches across.

These are individually hand-painted so markings may vary slightly. You may find that different lighting displays the colors differently as well.
