Pebble Fennec Fox in Sand Fox color: A “No Nitpicking Edition”

This Fennec is painted like a “Sand Fox” (also called a “Ruppells’s fox”), which is a species of desert fox that closely resembles a Fennec, but has black and grey colors on its coat in addition to tan. This batch of foxes varies in color, as do the real foxes! Your fox may not look a little different from the one pictured here. These have soft grey pads on the flat bottom. They may be shipped to you in their sturdy box with no outer box. These are unsigned limited production pieces. This is a “No Nitpicking Edition” (this item may have imperfections in color or texture).

Introduced July 25, 2014 with a batch of 62 featuring a round bottom and no felt pad.  Released on February 26, 2015 with a flat bottom and felt pad.

These are individually hand-painted and markings may vary very slightly. You may find that different lighting displays the colors differently as well. This is a cast gypsum reproduction of an original sculpture by Melody Peña produced by Windstone Editions. For indoor display only.
