Mother Coiled Dragon – Grab Bag (Koi 10/2017)

This is a grab bag edition of the Mother Coiled Dragon painted in assorted colors inspired by koi fish and a few other creatures.  Instead of a golden pewter egg, these dragons guard globes of natural semi-precious stones, or opalite glass.

This batch includes a few tiger and other animal patterns that are painted with tans and blacks,  but most of these are crazy, bright koi color combinations, including silver-grey, pearl white, orange, scarlet, yellow, black and grey/blue. They are detailed with gold or silver metallic paint and have a variety of eye and jewel colors. These were painted and signed by Melody Pena.  They are dated 10-2017.  About 4″ across.

This is a “grab bag” which means that the color of the item you receive is a secret until you open the box!  An order is for one Mother Coiled Dragon. The picture shows a selection of those in the group to give an idea of the color possibilities.
