Oriental Dragon – Copper Patina – teal eyes

Warts and all “copper patina” Oriental Dragons. These Oriental Dragons are pieces that had slight casting defects. Normally we would have destroyed these, but we have devised a way to make use of otherwise perfectly good dragons by painting them with a textured “distressed antique” finish that enhances the surface flaws with patina and makes them beautiful. A few random scales are highlighted with brighter gold or copper, which resembles fall leaves and they have lavender highlights. We all think they are gorgeous; they look like weathered cast bronze. We have given this batch metallic teal eyes. Their golden horns have a bit of patina on them, too, to make them match the theme. These dragons vary slightly in texture and color because every one of these dragons is an individual. This batch is a little brighter copper color and may be smoother than the previous batch. These are unsigned limited production.
