apoxie….. i figured i’d probably need that. i need to get around to getting that anyway! but besides apoxie, what can i seal the cracks with before i attempt to repair it? if i repair i won’t be doing it for a while, so if theres a temporary fix or something i’d like to know.

and thanks for all the help!

    🙂

I am not looking for someone to repair my Windstones.. I am looking for advice on how to do it myself. Or to atleast preserve them from breaking more. I have a dragon with a few chips, and recently got the cats in a circle around a candle holder full of chips and ear loss. How can I fix them or do something to prevent further chips besides never touching them?

I noticed in another thread I made that a few people spotted my “my little pony” in a picture i posted so i’m wondering who here is a MLP Fan/collector? Or of any other toy line (my favorites are mlp and care bears) Seeing that I was linked here from a MLP forum I might recognize some of you. 8)

    Thank you!

I’m not a Windstone Collectior. I was linked here from a My Little Pony forum after finding a dragon at a thrift store. I learned about Windstones on that forum and was always mesmerized by them, hoping I’d come across one secondhand. And then I finally did and here I am! I’m a toy collector, focusing on my little ponies and care bears. I have two cats and a dog! squeek*

Ok I will have a look around and see! Everyone’s collections are amazing!

Yes, I’m a toy collector mostly. My little ponies and care bears are my main collection, and then other random things from the 80’s. 😀

Thank you everyone. He does have a felt bottom and unfortunately a few chips. I think I’ll probably hold onto him. I’ve always admired Windstones and always hoped to come across one secondhand. Is there a way I can fix the chips myself so he doesn’t further fall apart?

I’m new to the forums, I apologize if I’m posting this in the wrong section. I picked up a Windstone Editions dragon from a thrift store today for $15. I am not a collector but have seen Windstone collections on other forums and knew they were sought after. I was wondering if someone could tell me about what I found and a price for it. Any information would be appreciated, thank you.
