I’ve never really be fond of the griffins in the past, but I think this will be my first. He’s gorgeous, such wonderful colors.
He’s positively gorgeous!
This might have been asked somewhere previously, but how long does it usually take for you to complete one like this?
I think my husband is not going to be happy that I found the forums. I have a feeling I’ll be spending a lot on Windstones in the future. 😀
I definitely liked when my Dad went shopping, but I’ll have to find another store to send him to. He’s the kind that likes to buy things in person, after looking at the selections, and the store we used to go to, though they still sell Windstones, don’t keep them in stock. You look at the brochure and they order them for you. I don’t think he’ll like that too much. 😥
Well, I have two rescue dogs. We got them in February of this year. Herbie, the male, is most likely a pure bred Treeing Walker Coon Hound. Daisy, the female, is mixed, some kind of hound with either dalmation or pointer. (Yes, my husband likes hounds.)
Hi! Thank you all for the warm welcome. Well, I am 35 and live in the Northern Virginia area with my husband, two dogs and one cat.
I started collecting Windstones around when they first came out, received them as birthday and Christmas gifts. I was in my teens, so of course I had to get the entire White Unicorn family. I have two of the White Peagasus, the hatching and can’t remember which the other is, I think the male. The dragons I have, in Peacock, are the Emperor, mother, male, and hatching. And I have the large Wizard in Peacock. After two years in a row of Mom sending Dad to the store for one and him coming back with the Emperor and the Large Wizard, she stopped letting him go by himself. 😆 So, I kinda got out of it for about 10 years. A couple weeks ago, I was looking at my collection and decided to try to complete the sets I started, so began looking. Haven’t made a lot of progress, but boy have I found A LOT more that I want to get!
