Nice collection!!! I have never seen all the old green dragons in one place, not even in a store! 😯
Was the goshawk female #2 of the test painted female griffins? I’m not up on my hawk lingo. 🙁
Hola and welcome!
March 24, 2008 at 7:25 pm in reply to: Ebay: Are people smoking something or is it just me?! #681679I’ve encountered sellers like that when I was perusing for something. For instance, I found a Steiff (German-made plush) that I REALLY wanted, but what they wanted it for was about $20 more than what I could have bought it for retailed! So I waited a few months, and sure enough, they knocked $40 off the price and then I bought it! Some sellers learn after watching their item sit on e-bay for weeks at a time with no bids. 😛
Welcome, welcome, welcome!! And a Happy Easter to you as well!
I looked at that emperor, and no, he is normally colored. I have that emperor also, and have been looking at it for years :). It’s a greenish-yellow color on the sides and wings that just looks like gold.
My mother has the oriental dragon, and the color looks strikingly, nay, EXACTLY like this Oriental Sun Dragon on e-bay, so I vote emerald too.
I do have to be careful. I hawk the e-bay auctions just looking for a nice piece to fit in to my collection….I’ve been looking at these auctions for months and I know I’ll find one or two or three or four :D.
Oh gosh, I don’t know about pictures…I’m one of those stubborn people who still doesn’t own a digital camera.
Okay, I have the male kirin, the baby kirin, the emperor in white and emerald, the old warrior in ruby, the scratching dragon in white and peacock, the roaring sentinel and hyena gargoyles, the griffin and winged wolf candlelamps, the black griffin, the ruby lap draon, the ruby oriental sun dragon, the rising spectral and spectral dragons, both in peacock, the male dragons in peacock and emerald, the mother in brown, and the guardian dragon gargoyle. Whew! Done :).
Hola, everyone!
I am a longtime Windstone collector who just discovered the forums. I just wanted to say hi to everyone and I look forward to hearing from you (and posting things as well).
