Right now I have various Disney Collector figures that are in boxes in closets. I just can’t justfiy…yet. 😉
Okay, here we go:
Pegasus sold — $50
Dragon sold — $100
Cats sold — $12The wizard is in a bidding war between 2 parties and at $35. As long as no one else enters the mix, I will not put that on e-bay and we’ll settle via PMs.
I have a bid of $12 for the unicorn. Last chance if anyone else was interested. I’ll leave that open until Sunday 5/4/08 about 9 p.m. CST. I’ll do bidding on that via PM and notify people where it stands.
All winners will be contacted on Saturday via PM to get addresses for accurate shipping costs. Thank you so much to everyone, advice and all. I think I’ll be hanging around a bit to see more of the items and such.

All figures need to start from a drawing…who knows.
Current bids
Dragon at $100
Pegasus at $50
Wizard at $30
Cats at $12
Unicorn at Nothing, When going back through the PMs I discovered that there were no bids for this one. I think there was one, but it was recalled for another piece. If you bid on this once please resubmit your bid as it is starting over.Change of plans for myself so I will not be home at 8 p.m. to close this. So when I return home about 10:30 I will look for final bids. and send out PMs.

Not sure about that yet, I am not even sure if there a store locally where I would be able to see them in person. I know that the prints are fantastic and from what I have seen on the various pictures here, the figures are just as nice.
Thought is there, but display space is not.
After checking my PMs very quickly, the
WIZARD is now at $30Bids so far:
Pegasus: $50
Dragon: $55
Unicorn: $35
Wizard: $20
Cat family: $12If bidding seems to be done on some items (now that I have sorted out all the PMs 😆 ).
If I hear nothing higher for any item by Friday 5/2/08 at 8 p.m. CST. I will consider that item sold.
If the bidding war keeps going, that item will land on e-bay to make it more fair for those bidding.
I have received all the messages that were sent to me. As to taking money orders, not a problem. Paypal is not for everyone and I respect that (I use my husband’s account).
As to Ebay, I am going to list them there tomorrow night for a 3 day auction, giving other people less time to find it and post all links here on the site so each of you have direct access to the auctions.
I say tomorrow night so I have time to go to the post office on lunch and figure out shipping costs. Costs will be for flat delivery, not rolled.
In a short while I will post where each item is for bidding. I do know that the same cat print I am offering (not sure of copyright date) is already posted on e-bay. There were a couple people who started to get intersted in that print.
Once again, I am so glad to have found true fans of her artwork. I never knew this site existed and just glad to find people who will appreciate the art.
I have to be honest, I was not quite expecting the repsone that I am receiving. None of the prints have been dedicated away, kind of going to highest bidder here. So far I have $35 bids for the dragon, unicorn and pegasus each (from one person) and $25 for the wizard and cat family each.
The print that is mildly discolord is the Pegasus, when you look close you can see a few dots of dirt from where the plastic was torn away. The unicorn also has about a 1 in tear in the top right corner.
And answer this honestly: If I were to put the items on e-bay would it be more fair so every can see where the price is at the time? I would post the links here on the site so you would not have to hunt for the items. But I am not truely able to keep up with the PMs that come in. I only check e-mail about 2-3 times a day, and only get about 15 minutes it seems like.
Thank you for the responses, I’m glad to know someone who loves this art will be getting it.
Cat family
Wizard:
Pegasus:
Dragon: One person asked if they were butterfly wings, and sorry not sure what you mean by that so I included a close up of the wings.

Unicorn:
I have had contact on the Dragon and Unicorn already but they wanted pictures. One person has offered $20 for the dragon print, so we’ll start there, shipping will be additional and if you want it to remain flat or rolled into a tube (taking out of package) will determine shipping cost. I’ll work on responding to the PMs I received to answer any other specific questions.
have a good dayThanks everyone, I actually stumbled across this while trying to find the old studio name that M Pena was working for. I found old prints my parents have had for years (20+) and I wanted to get them in the hands of people who would appreciate them.
I had no idea that figures were now made. They are beautiful.

Yeah, I discovered that…so I am debating on just posting in general or working on creating a simple page from my site to give directions too. Of course this post make number 3 so I”m almost there!
Thank you for the welcome and I am working on uploading the pictures so I can post links here.
I have read all those who pm’d me and will be answering all questions with the pictures in the next post. Bear with me while I learn how this forum works. 🙂While cleaning out my parents basement we came across some items that I wanted to get into the right hands. Back in 1980, they were huge fans of dragons and fantsay creatures (still are of course) but these items were never on display and now they have moved into other decorating ideas.
I have 5 black and white prints available, each with Alberti Design North Hollywood Cal. in a corner. and Copyrighted either 1980 or 81 by M.Pena. Most are still in the plastic with cardboard backing and in perfect condition, if not they are stated otherwise:
1: Cat with 4 kittens, 11×14 in
2: wizard holding a crystal ball, a dragon around him, owl on shoulder and a gryphon sitting on a stone shelf 11×14
3: Pegasus, side view, plastic is half of this one, and the exposed side has some discoloration. 21×17.5 in
4: Dragon, plastic intact, copyright in corner and under artwork. 21×17.5
5: Unicorn with child, 1 in. tear in upper corner of paper, no ink in location. 21×17.5I wanted to give fans of M. Pena’s work a first shot at these items before I put them on E-Bay. If that would be a prefered place for me to put them please let me know and I’ll post them there. Sorry this wordy. First time posting here, but I have used e-bay before. You can check, brdmoore76 for my rating.
Thank you for your time.
