I’m just putting this up here to let you all know- I know I’m supposed to have a few things in the mail, and I started a new job so I’ll be getting a paycheck on Friday, but I’m having a very hard time getting anywhere because my car was repossessed and my live-in boyfriend isn’t speaking to me.

I understand I’m a horrible person and I should have sent these items quite a while ago (those involved know who I mean) but I’ll hoof it to the post office this weekend and get the items in question in the mail. They are already packaged and ready to go, I just need a way of GETTING there.

Again, I am very very sorry about all of this, and apologies are the best I can do right now.

Unfortunately, this griffin’s inspiration is from a variety of photos (and my imagination!). I used to have a sweet little keet called Smudge, but I had to give him up when I moved 🙁

I’ve got all the base colors down, now I’m just trying to get up the nerve to try adding the black… I don’t want to mess it up, you know? =)

I’ll definately post pics when I’m done- was intending to eBay it, but the bright colors are making me feel so happy I might end up keeping it.

I’m working on a budgie-based griffin right now- I was just wondering if anyone else had tried one like that?

Also, does anyone have any tips for barring on the wings and such? I think that might be the hardest part for me to get it to look right.
