i thought i should mention– he is supposed to give the impression of a scene– the dark blue flight feathers are meant to look like mountains– and the yellows to look like the sun is about to rise. then the blues are the clouds and sky etc

I need to figure out a way to make my files smaller without losing quality! He isn’t your typical gryphon– but I like the way he came out. Anyway- I am listing him tonight.

Well I just ordered a kirin with green eyes and a dragon with gray eyes… green is my FAVORITE color so I imagine one of them will be green… a green and brown dragon sounds very interesting– I’ll see what I can do– unfortunately I probably won’t even get the babies until next friday sigh– I gotta time my ordering better!

Hello everyone– Mipa here! I just got the email approval for the forum and immediatly came to say hello to all my fellow windstone lovers!

I was laughing reading the other posts— I was surprised when I saw the topic “Who is Mipa” everyone– thank you for your kind words! I already feel like I know you guys a bit since I have been reading for a couple weeks.

First I would like to say that I think you guys are great because of how supportive you are of all the pyo’s– even if you don’t like the colors etc everyone finds one thing they like about the piece and they post that. It is rare in forums to find such support and friendliness… usually people feel they are annonomous and so say what they please without thought to whom it might hurt.

My first pyo dragon was so hard to list– I knew she wasn’t meant for me because of the colors– I normally don’t do pinks and purples… I like organic greens/browns/ grays etc… now that I painted her tho- I am addicted to pyos!

I hope to get to know you all better! I am finishing a gryphon today and will list him tonight… I hope you all think he is alright. My idea is to paint a couple of pieces with scenes etc– it was a lot harder than I thought it would be! With all the details within the sculpt it is hard to paint on!

Well– I gotta go for now– so excited to be able to talk to you all now! Being a stay at home mom/artist I am on checking my messages constantly!
