I know someone with one, but I am not sure if they would want to get rid of it. (since they are so hard to find) I can ask for you, but it may be a matter of price negotiations. 😀

The hatching dragons are mostly regular production. The hatching royalty dragons (hatching emperor, empress, and kinglet) can be regular production or limited production, depending on the color.

Regular production means it is sold through any Windstone dealer, as well as on their website. Limited production means it is only sold on the Windstone website.

The colors that are regular production at this time are: Gold, Black Gold, Emerald Peacock, and Red Fire.

Rainbow used to be regular production, but it retired in 2006. There were a few pieces not ever produced in the rainbow color, so now (because of forum members squeaking for them) Melody is producing the pieces in Rainbow through limited production. The Hatching Royalty are limited production in Rainbow.

Silver is a limited production color, so it will only be offered through the online store.

I hope that answers your questions. 😀

Wow! You sure have all of this down! I think someone should make your explanation as a Sticky! I think you’ve covered all the bases.

Thanks! 😀 It’s part of my business to know this stuff. And I’m an English composition professor. I try to be clear when I can.

Have no idea what a sticky is, but I agree. (if that means you are knowledgeable) (spelling I think)

No…I meant the ones that look like the curlie, but with the gold egg on top.

What about those ones with the eggs. Does she make those for the store? I only see the two

They will be making more of all the ones that are not signed by Melody. The signed ones are done when they run out. So if it says it was signed by her, don’t expect it to be restocked.

I guess that I started this too late then. How ofter does she put “special” ones out?

in reply to: Need help getting a curled color? #675135

Will they be making all of the ones that they have on there now? Some say limited.

Do you guys do drawings alot? What do you do to enter? I want something cool like that.

Okay….I am rephrasing my entry for some people who like to jump to conclusions about things they don’t know, my sis is looking for b/g curlie, empea curlie, white curlie to give to her dad for father’s day. He too collects them, and liked her white curlie and wants more. Thanks to all of you who read a entry instead of trying to read into a person through an entry.

Wow! Is it really this intense here? I don’t think I know what I signed up for. having second thoughts Do I, too, have to be specific about what I want in order not to be judge and scutinized?

I don’t know for sure what happened, but something tells me a transaction between forum members may have gone a little sour. It’s a rare occurance though when you see forum members “bad mouth” one another.

Just thought that it was weird that’s all. I mean, who knows what happened between them, but it should stay between them, not with everyone else. I feel bad for kenziesmommy because now, people may not want to sell her anything because of something that was brought out into the open.

I got a first batch hazel eyed Butternut Poad before, then I later got a green eyed one. The only thing I noticed in them is one was a lot more heavily antiqued on the nose then the other. I think it’s just the slight color variation since the colors are usually still in their test phase at first. That’s my guess anyway.

    New here…what is a Poad? Wait….maybe I should run to the store…..

I am new, but this is for everyone who does the PYO thing…do you all have backgrounds as professional painters? I couldn’t paint like some of you if my life depended on it.

So what goes on here? Do we just talk about the dragons? Or…have conversations about the weather? 😀 What is every’s objective here?
