great images! it definitely puts it in perspective. you know, when i’m having a rough day or stressing about something lame, i like to go out and look at the stars (the few that can be seen this close to L.A.) and think about how much it *really* matters. in the grand scheme of things, its not all that important. kind of calming i guess.

have you tried Stevia extract? its the same principle as Splenda and all those, but its all natural, comes directly from the Stevia plant. (so there’s no worries about harmful chemicals) i haven’t used it in baking but i think people do. i unfortunately can’t kick the real sugar habit yet myself…
