Sorry, I am going to fight this tooth, and nail. The entire painting floor detests the rinbow coloration, myself and Olympia included.
The sun dragon is my favorite sculpt next to the ki-rins. And I would have a royal cow if we painted those in that abominable color scheme. The sun dragons deserve a lot better than that, as do the ki-rins.
Oh, and DM, I strongly suggest that you don’t take jabs at me like that. I don’t pick at you over your color likes, unless invited to do so by topic. It is unappreciated. And I show my unappreciation in creative ways, as the board well knows. Next picture will not be revealed if it is a photoshop job, or not.
Astrological symbol doesn’t really have any bearing on toughness. To beat me in being tough would be a feat indeed. Been around the block on that issue, more than once.
Toughness is earned, not something you can claim to be. I’ve got my badges in the form of scars. They are kind of like tattoos… just with better stories.

I don’t need big words to be scary. I do a perfectly good job of that on my own.
A conversation between my Godfather and a friend:
“So, she has a bit of a dark side?”
“Dark side!? Meet Darth Vader!”I may just have to have a fit over this one.
We aren’t producing the orientals in all the other colors. So PLEASEGODNO rainbows. ;______;

After the rather disappointing find of a lot of our archive samples in not very good shape, you can bet your eye-teeth he is getting kept as not only a sample, but a piece for the Windstone museum in Oregon so everyone can see him.
Is this Windstone museum going to be near the factory? 😀
The windstone museum is going to be in the factory itself, where it can be under my ferocious watch.
I am going to post pictures of this guy with the sneak peek later tonight. I was going to yesterday, but I had a run in with some bad food.

twindragonsmum 😀
Unfortunately for you, you are dealing with someone who could give stubborn lessons to a mule. 😛
Sneak peek will be posted later tonight, as usual.
Patience, children.

Yea…..arroo??
Ahem. Scuse my low profile today. Had a run in with some bad food, and spent most of the day sleeping.
Now, the explanation of “barcode butt”.
The critter I typically use to represent myself is a fanged zorse critter. And the thing about zorses, is that they usually have only a partial set of stripes that usually occur on the legs, shoulders, faces, and rump. For some reason, a friend and I got into a discussion about about football referees, and how their jackets look like barcodes. Incidentally, another name for a football referee is a zebra. Add some clever alliteration here, and we somehow got on the topic of the stripes on my character’s rump. Thus the name “Barcode Butt”.

Nice try. 😛
He is in the photobooth waiting to get photographed well tomorrow. Hopefully, we will have some nice pictures to show off tomorrow!
Dragon Master wrote:All this means is a test paint Emperor was made in Jade. This does not prove that any are out on the market. From what I have been told most of the test paints do not make it out of the factory
Ah, ah, ah. He was in a well-packed box, and he had his felt pad, a tag, and was in a box marked clearly “Emerald Emperor”. Additionally, he was in a pile of things with other archive samples (not test paints). If he was a test paint, his bottom would not have had a pad, most likely would not have had jewels or eyes put in, and he would probably have been marked as a test paint, and been somewhat beaten up as most test paints tend to get. Not this guy – he is clean as a whistle, and so mint, you can smell it. I’d know this, I’ve stared at enough test paints to know, and dug up more than a few today. The only test paints that get pads, and gussied up are those getting sold on ebay. This baby is the real deal. There are jade emperors out there.
Don’t want to believe me? *shrugs* That’s not my concern. I, on the other hand, will enjoy the hunt for the rarest of the rare jade emperor in all the nooks and crannies I can find. So will everyone else who wants one.
Hands in the air, whoevers going on a “Holy Grail” windstone hunt! 😀 *throws both hands up*
Ahem.
He is not going to ANYBODY.

Know what this means folks?
There’s jade emperors out there.
Go find ’em.
Ladies and gentlemen. Boys and girls.
This afternoon at the factory we discovered…
A MINT TRUE JADE EMPEROR. He hasn’t a TRACE of emerald on him!
Scuse me for one minute here…
Nyah, nyah, told you so, told you so. 😛 I knew they existed.
Pictures to be posted in Melody’s gallery shortly.
Let’s see… with that exact trebuchet in that picture, we’ve hucked pieces of firewood of similar weight and size as the secret keeper.
The net result?
One fence splintered to smithereens, several huge divets in the sheep-field, and a truly spectacular fragmenting effect on the wood.
In other words… trying to catch such a projectile is not reccomended. If a piece of wood would mash a fence to bits, a secret keeper would put a rather huge dent in anything is smashed into, and I am sure make a rather spectacular effect if it exploded upon impact, and would most certainly kill anything it happened to smack into. That’s 32 pounds of solid gypsum being hurled with force with all the acceleration and gravitational stuff added in… and I can assure you, they sink like rocks when put in water (seeing as how all these sculptures are is ground up rock, anyway).
I can’t wait to try. Neither can Melody, incidentally.
No, not looking for them (as you all probably know how I feel about rainbow…), but rather, I have the opportunity to acquire one or two from a store my boyfriend found. He also found a peacock lap, and a few other things. I’ll have to ask him specifically what he found.
I’m not really interested in cash, but here’s a few things I am looking for to trade:
– ruby sun dragon
– dark peacock young oriental
– dark peacock oriental
– ruby young oriental
– jade young orientalNote to self: Windstone board cannot take jokes, or recognize bad photoshop jobs.

unleashing you frustration on a poor rainbow 😀
Frustration? Not at all! This is just how I show affection!
