I had started my own computer gallery of various Windstone favorites, and one is the Bengal Gallery. Now that eBay has once again changed its ad pages (they just can’t let good enough alone!), we can no longer right click on a photo and save it to our computer! So my collection of Bengals is lacking the newest additions. Waaaaaaaaah! If they are in this gallery, I could not find them. Can you create a Bengal gallery? Or a prototype gallery for all the experimental lovelies you are doing lately that we can no longer save photos of?

Have you heard of FREECYCLE.ORG? You can find your local chapter of it at the following link:
          http://www.freecycle.org/
The Freecycle Network™ is made up of 4,745 groups with 6,732,000 members across the globe. It’s a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (& getting) stuff for free in their own towns. It’s all about reuse and keeping good stuff out of landfills. Each local group is moderated by a local volunteer (them’s good people). Membership is free. To sign up, find your community by entering it into the search box at the home site. In my area, I have personally received lots of packing peanuts and foam from those who offered it. In return, I’ve offered spay and neuter discount certificates, a basketball goal, pet supplies and a swing set. I bet you could get folks to come and take away all of those packing materials, and they would not end up in a landfill either! Good luck.

You described it very well so she would have to PROVE it to eBay that the item was not as described. Unless you offer “no questions asked” returns, you can fight it. I had a similar case once (not on a Windstone) where the buyer wanted a refund and said the item (a $20 purchase) was not worth returning. I offered full refund of purchase price minus shipping even though Ihad a “no returns” policy. It took a long time, she filed a complaint, but she lost. You do not have to return ANY money until dragon is safely returned to you, AND you do not need to return any shipping money, unless of course you have one of those no-fault return policies that ALLOWS buyer’s remorse. And if you do, CHANGE IT.
