I just wanted to apologize, when I first ordered your Male Griffin the nice saleperson did not think that was a wholesale item. I got a call back and your piece has been ordered as a replacement for the dragon that apparently came broken to you. Stuff happens. I am sorry.
As for your friends threatening to break stuff up in our store, for shame.
Your piece should be here by next Friday. We’ll hold it for you until you come and pick it up.
