I just got my PYO uni and another griffn in the mail! Now, I had planned on doing a palomino color on the uni… but what should I do for the griffin? It has brown eyes, so I was thinking a lighter color scheme… but I wanted to get some ideas from you lot first.

(Has anyone done a barn owl color scheme yet?)

I understood “alicorn” was the name for the unicorn’s horn, but I’ve heard winged unis called that as well as pegacorns.

We should just come up with a name for them, like pennacorns… pennatus: winged, with feathers, cornu: horn. Just an idea =)

I use mine in my bathroom, with the window open and the fan going.

As far as paint goes, I just water down Golden paints and use those. They seem to work pretty well =)

I STRESS the need to clean your airbrush after every use, otherwise it’ll get all nasty and gunked up and then you’ll have to take it apart anyway. And then it’s just a pain to get all the crap out.
