So after talking to her about logical solutions and ideas, I have been refunded most of what I paid, and get to keep the pice. I plan on attempting my own repair since it is a small one. Will post pic of progress. Any tips on matching the paint?

I think it broke in shipping cause the the large chunk is till there, but none of the small chips were. I looked very closley at the pics and desription and there were no chips or anything…not it was not double boxed, just bubble wrap and paper ina very thin priority box. standard shiiping… and I paid 56.97. is a repair gonna go over this with shipping and all?

She is an ink stain w/ pastel, witch is becoming my favorite way to work on them…:) about 20 hours over a 3 days. Not too complex, but i love the color blends!
